Art toys with poetry.

"Cerchiamo di catturare la poesia, adoriamo il non detto, ispira la nostra immaginazione..." Luckyboysunday è un marchio di eleganti e moderni "giocattoli d'arte" fatti in maglia e di arredamento soft per la casa, ispirato ad una visione artistica del mondo dei bambini. Le fondatrici dello studio danese di LBS, nato nel 2007, Camilla Koerschen e Camilla Ebdrup, sono designer tessili molto creative ed hanno un background nella moda e nell'arte. Sedute su una panchina di fronte al lago di Copenhagen, si sono strette la mano e promesse reciprocamente di disegnare "il miglior brand a cui avrebbero mai potuto pensare". Mi sembra un bel modo di iniziare un progetto, un obiettivo molto onorevole. Il loro lavoro si estende magicamente dal mondo degli adulti a quello dei bambini, tra la quotidianità e l'inusuale, portando una poetica e artistica sensibilità sia nel salotto che nella camera dei bambini. Tutto questo viene realizzato con alpaca della Bolivia da donne di talento, nel rispetto dei principi del commercio equo e solidale, usando solo le lane più pregiate e morbide come il cashmere, per supportare le popolazioni autoctone. La poesia, l'arte, l'ispirazione si vedono tutte in queste foto e nei bellissimi soft toys di LBS (di cui avevo già parlato qui), perfetti per la camerina dei nostri angioletti. All products have manufactured in bolivia, where alpaca have been bred for their precious wool for centuries. all items are knitted in cooperatives working under the fair trade principle by very talented women, using only the highest grade wool, which is as valuable and as soft as cashmere.
